MITER Brands University will issue a product or services certification and advertised benefits to you, our learner, if you (1) successfully complete the educational requirements of our Learning Plans, and (2) pass the appropriate Learning Plan assessments with a score of at least 90%.

By participating in any of our Learning Plans, you agree that you will not make any statement or representation, or purposely omit to make a statement, that would indicate anything contrary to the immediately preceding sentence. You further agree to indemnify MITER Brands if you make such a statement or representation or purposely omit to make such a statement. All learning content is available separately from a certification, and you may opt out of receiving certifications within the Learning Plans if you so choose.
